Versa Watch Winders will repair your out of warranty watch winder and ship it back to you. The customer is responsible for shipping to us. We are not responsible for watch winders damaged during shipping to us, so please insure and package securely.

After ordering this service, we will contact you with instructions for service. Repairs will take approximately 1-2 weeks after we receive it.

Standard Shipping:

You should receive your products within 1-5 business days with Ground shipping from the day you order them.

We offer Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select shipping for all items.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include all original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. If the item is not returned in new and unused condition or does not contain all materials included with the shipment, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
